Músicos profissionais que ensinam sopros, percussão e teoria musical, com o apoio de um luthier e de um intérprete de Libras no dia a dia das aulas. Quatro deles começaram como alunos do projeto. Professional musicians teaching brass, percussion and music theory, supported day to day by a luthier and a Brazilian Sign Language interpreter. Four of them began as students of the project.Professionelle Musikerinnen und Musiker, die Blasinstrumente, Percussion und Musiktheorie unterrichten, im Unterrichtsalltag unterstützt von einem Instrumentenbauer und einem Gebärdensprachdolmetscher. A associação é governada por um conselho voluntário, que se reúne mensalmente para deliberar sobre decisões estratégicas e aprovar as contas. A gestão do dia a dia fica a cargo da equipe, que responde ao conselho. The association is governed by a volunteer board, which meets monthly to decide on strategy and approve the accounts. Day-to-day management is in the hands of the team, which answers to the board.Der Verein wird von einem ehrenamtlichen Beirat geleitet, der monatlich zusammenkommt, um über strategische Entscheidungen zu beraten und die Finanzen zu genehmigen.
